Overview

**The BSPC-300D is a semi-automatic industrial multi-head winder developed for precise cross-winding of yarns, cords and technical materials, especially designed for the production of large-diameter, high-capacity bobbins in continuous industrial processes.

The machine can be configured with 3 or 4 winding heads, allowing production capacity to be adapted to each client’s needs while optimising space, performance and cost per bobbin. Each head features independent start and stop push buttons, while the overall programming and process control are managed from the central touchscreen.

Its robust and compact design allows it to work with both untwisted materials and twisted or braided products, occupying minimal floor space and supporting continuous operator work. This makes it a reliable and versatile solution for environments that require precision, repeatability and intensive production.
