Overview

The BSC-8-300 is a semi-automatic industrial winding machine designed for the precise filling of spools (bobbins) intended for use in industrial braiding machines for the production of cords, ropes, and technical braids.

The machine performs parallel winding, ensuring uniform yarn distribution inside the spool, an essential condition for stable, continuous, and trouble-free operation during the subsequent braiding process.

Its compact and robust design allows operation with eight spools simultaneously, doubling production capacity compared to standard four-position configurations while optimizing space, productivity, and cost per spool.

Yarn tension and control system

The BSC-8-300 incorporates an upper brake rack that applies the required yarn tension before winding, ensuring stable and controlled winding even with demanding materials.

The machine control is carried out through:

  • Frequency inverter, for smooth and precise speed control.
  • Side control panel with pass counter, supplied as standard, including a speed adjustment potentiometer.
