BET industrial winder

Overview

The BET is a take-up device designed to be directly integrated with industrial braiding machines, allowing the collection and winding of the produced material without the need for its own motorisation.

The system uses the movement of the braiding machine itself, transmitted via chain drive, to perform winding in sync with the production process.

Its simple and robust mechanical design ensures reliable and continuous operation, without the need for complex adjustments.

Operating system

The BET operates fully synchronised with the braiding machine:

• Adjustable clutch system, allowing the take-up tension of the material to be adjusted according to the type of rope or cord produced.
• Automatic start and stop: when the braiding machine starts, the BET immediately begins collecting the material.

This system ensures stable take-up proportional to the production speed, without the need for electronic controls or independent motorisation.
